This website is operated by WONTRA, a company registered in Nigeria. Our telephone number is 070010101010 and our shops are open from Monday to Friday inclusive, 8am - 5pm. 4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency requested with rates of exchange calculated on a daily basis. Prices may therefore differ on a daily basis to reflect any movement in exchange rate levels. When a booking is made the exchange rate will be fixed at the time the item is created and will apply to any amendments or cancellations to that item within the booking. Exchange rates are determined by us.
5. Delivery of Booking
E - Tickets
All tickets sold on the Site are e-tickets. E-ticketing is a 'paper-less' way to book flights. Once you've made your booking, it's stored electronically in the airline reservation system. WONTRA will send you a confirmation email with your booking reference number, which serves as a receipt for your e-ticket. You will NOT receive a physical 'e-ticket' or paper tickets to present at the airport. We recommend that you take a printout of your confirmation email with you to the airport.
WONTRA relies on the information that you provide as being accurate and therefore cannot be held responsible if your e-ticket does not arrive due to an incorrect email address or your junk email settings. You must notify us immediately if you change your email address or contact telephone number. In addition, please check that the name on your passport matches the name on your ticket and/or booking confirmation.
6. Privacy Policy
The terms of the WONTRA Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. You agree to the use of personal information by WONTRA or third party suppliers in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the WONTRA Privacy Policy.
